These walks are ideal if you are recovering from surgery, have been housebound for a while, or if you just need to get out for a walk.
Our aim is to improve social contact, health and well-being of inactive people; and to promote regular walking within the local community.
You will be warmly welcomed if you join us for a Tuesday morning walk.
We start at Bulwark Community Centre, Laburnam Way, Chepstow at 10.30, but on your first visit, please arrive by 10.15.
* All our walk leader are volunteers, who give their time freely. If you are interested in becoming a walk leader, you will be doubly welcomed!
We have been supported by: Walking the Way to Health Wales, the Big Lottery, Welsh Assembly Government, Countryside Council for Wales and British Heart Foundation. In Monmouthshire the project has also been supported by: Wye Valley Area of Outstanding Beauty, Monmouthshire County Council and Forestry Commission Wales.
If you need more information, we are happy to give it before the walk, or you can leave a message on our mobile phone. It is not monitored all the time, but if you leave a message, we will contact you.
